A, How do I add extra arch support?
Being able to add extra arch support is what what make the new OAURA stand out from the rest.
Simply pull the inside strap back to expose the slot where you insert your selected arch,
You will see "add arch" behind the strap.
Take your selected arch support and push it firmly into the slot, you will find the 3mm arch goes in the easiest, as the arches go up in size 6mm-9mm it will take more force to bed them into position.
Once in position the 2 pins protruding from the bottom of the arch support will lock the arch in position.
A, How do I choose my size?
The OAURA sizing is a little different than other brands.
To find the size that best fits your feet it's best to measure the length of your feet and then refer to the size chart
